Hooked Visuals – Graphic Design Services

1. Introduction

By hiring Hooked Visuals, you agree to the following terms of service. These terms ensure a fair and transparent working relationship between both parties.

2. Scope of Work

Hooked Visuals provides professional graphic design services including, but not limited to:

  • Logo & Brand Identity

  • Social Media Design

  • Product Graphics

  • Print & Packaging Design

  • Custom Visual Projects

3. Pricing & Payment Terms

  • All projects require a 25% deposit, which is fully refundable within 14 days, provided no design work has begun.

  • A £25 research and discovery fee is charged at the beginning of every project and is non-refundable.

  • The standard design rate is £25/hour.

  • Each project includes 2 free rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are billed at £25/hour.

  • The final invoice subtracts the deposit and is due within 14 days of project completion.

  • Project completion is defined as the delivery of final approved files or conclusion of the final revision round, whichever comes first.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing timely feedback and clear direction

  • Supplying any required assets (e.g., logos, text, reference images)

  • Ensuring they have legal rights to use any materials they provide

5. Delivery & Timeline

  • We aim to complete standard projects within 14 working days, depending on project type and scope.

  • Clients may request a progress update at any time during the design process.

  • Delays in providing feedback, content, or approvals may extend the project timeline.

  • Hooked Visuals is not liable for missed deadlines due to client-side delays.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, the client receives full rights to the final approved deliverables.

  • Hooked Visual retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless an NDA is signed.

  • All unused or rejected concepts remain the intellectual property of Hooked Visuals.

7. Revisions

  • All projects include up to 2 rounds of revisions free of charge.

  • Additional revisions or scope changes are charged at £25/hour and may impact delivery times.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Clients may cancel within 14 days of paying the deposit for a full refund (excluding the £25 research fee).

  • After this period or once work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable.

  • Clients cancelling after project work has started may be invoiced for hours worked to date.

  • Hooked Visuals reserves the right to cancel a project if terms are breached.

9. Liability

  • Hooked Visuals is not responsible for:

    • Loss of profit, revenue, or opportunity

    • Errors introduced after client approval

    • Printing/production issues caused by third-party vendors

  • Clients are responsible for final proofing of designs before distribution or print.

10. Confidentiality

All project files, communications, and client information will remain confidential. An NDA may be signed upon request.

​

11. Agreement

Clients must agree to these terms in writing or via e-signature prior to the start of any design work.
